Teamspeak Server over Discord

Well, discord was rejected by Drace, so we were talking about the problems with it and decided a teamspeak3 server would be more appropriate, given the current situation.

Using a teamspeak server has advantages over a discord server, as teamspeak is a dedicated voice server, with no posts like the discord server which I think was the problem.

Teamspeak will no replace the forum and doesn’t have any features to do so. Also the teamspeak will be a voice chat alternative to the RRA chat and I will be adding no special features to it (that's just for you Drace<3)

There is also a phone app but I wouldn’t recommend using it as it is paid, I would only buy it if you use teamspeak a lot (like me)

Was this approved by Drace yet? The problem with having a separate chat isn't the only fact that people post in there. It takes away activity from the forum in a way, instead of having 1 simple, less confusing chat we have 2 now.

But that being said, I do approve of it myself. If this idea is rejected, I'm pretty sure it'll be done without drace or other staff aware of it and It would hurt/divide the group more if that's the case without that affiliation. So, it's fine with me. 
Not saying this is the case due to me not being as well informed; I don't know how drace will feel about this if you haven't informed him about it yet and made this post. Just want to ensure that you are aware it might not be the best idea to make an official announcement like this without talking to him first. I do hope he approves of this idea thought, because you can still talk and be in chat at same time.

The reason this will work, is because when in ts chat, you are actually on the academy, but just talking at the same time. like i've been logged in all day <3 #NoLife yet been on the ts for like 3 hours. it works well, to dip in and out of rather than chatting somewhere else

Yes it does work tremendously. I used this awhile back for Devpro and it worked amazing going back and forth without multitasking as hard.
