What you guy's think about this new RR XYZ

Absolute garbage why would you run him like at all? Special a raidraptor? When you didnt even use your normal summon to make him wastes to rank ups IF you runs phantom knights rank up I'd rather just stay using revo cause he can atk all the time I mean this guy doesn't say atk monsters but still and special a xyz...? Like u coulda just used last and already summoned ulti using less rank ups then this guy. So legit 0 point in running him gj slaughtered what could be a good card komoney
